Green Hills Golf Course is an 18-hole links-style golf course first opened in 1993. There are four sets of tees to cater to every level of golfer. The course features the classic links-style challenges – large sweeping greens, large mounds lining the fairways, tall native grass, and more than 30 sand traps. Throw in Mother Nature and the almost steady breeze on the hill, and Green Hills Golf Course can be both fun and challenging to all golfers.
Our Green Hills Golf Course memberships provide reciprocal access to all of our other Maxim Golf Properties. There’s no better time to start improving your game than now!

Hole 1
Par 4
415
363
313
304
Hole 1 is slight dogleg right. An accurate drive is necessary, as the golf course driving range is on the right of the fairway, and a steep drop off to the left of the fairway can be trouble.

Hole 2
Par 3
166
156
132
126
An accurate shot is needed to this seemingly easy par-3, but this green is heavily guarded by well-placed bunker. An easterly wind can also cause some water issues.

Hole 3
Par 5
526
482
444
408
A Dog Leg par 5 that requires a drive in the left side of the fairway or you may be blocked by trees or find a hazzard. Lay up to 50 yards or go for it if you are in prime position off the tee.

Hole 4
Par 4
435
390
344
331
Strong southerly winds and an uphill second shot makes this a long par-4. Be careful of the creek on either side of the fairway about 200 yards from the center of the green.

Hole 5
Par 4
410
357
302
297
A short par-4 favors a drive of about 225 yards from the blue tees to a landing area at the top of the fairway. A huge drive is a risk to the golfer as the green is out of sight below the landing area.

Hole 6
Par 3
178
121
114
112
A simple uphill par-3 that is well-protected by the large bunker on the right. You’ll need a solid shot from below.

Hole 7
Par 5
514
473
428
423
The smart drive is with a 235 yard drive from the blue tees to the landing platform in front of the creek that crosses just below. The green-side bunker protects the entire right side of green and Fescue guards the left side requiring a very accurate approach.

Hole 8
Par 4
354
325
221
219
This is another risk-reward hole on a blind shot dogleg right. An eagle is possible with the driveable green from the blue tees, as the adventurous golfer will sail the drive over the pond on the right and hit the north side slope. A birdie is also within reach with a 3-wood off the tee onto the landing area just above the green.

Hole 9
Par 4
413
373
298
296
Another accurate tee-shot will be well-rewarded, as this fairway is protected by out-of-bounds on the right, and the knee high fescue along the left of the fairway – be careful with the strong south winds. An imposing bunker protects the large green at the top of the hill.

Hole 10
Par 4
365
337
287
286
Golfers often find themselves extra cautious of the out-of-bounds on the right and pull their drive to the left of the fairway to a “rough” landing area with a PW to the green.

Hole 11
Par 3
157
126
106
84
This is another risk-reward hole on a blind shot dogleg right. An eagle is possible with the drivable green from the blue tees, as the adventurous golfer will sail the drive over the pond on the right and hit the north side slope. A birdie is also within reach with a 3-wood off the tee onto the landing area just above the green. A straight forward Par 3 over water with bunkers guarding front of green. Demanding shot required to walk away with a 2 or 3.

Hole 12
Par 5
555
500
453
389
Out-of-bounds on the right and tall fescue to the left. This is an eagle-birdie hole with a nice drive that takes the average golfer to a middle-iron second shot.

Hole 13
Par 4
436
369
314
312
Demanding uphill par 4 big hitter take it over the tree on the left but be careful Long Fescue awaits left of the fairway. Bunker will catch a number of shots that runs from front right of green to back right of green.

Hole 14
Par 4
387
334
283
281
A slight dogleg to the right, many golfers find themselves in what members call “birdie alley” to the right front of the green. The green is drivable, and #14 is a good hole to make up a stroke with a well-placed approach.

Hole 15
Par 4
414
374
332
330
A Slight dogleg to the left but a sloping left to right fairway requires a perfect shot on left side to catch fairway. Slightly uphill to the Long 3 club green which is challenging because of the two-tier shape.

Hole 16
Par 3
196
159
114
109
Deceivingly simple par three over water with a bunker guarding the right side. Wind usually plays into the ultimate score on this hole.

Hole 17
Par 4
395
360
314
312
Gentle uphill par four with a generous fairway but there is a pond lurking on the right to catch a wayward drive. Another 3 club Green requires a solid shot and iron choice to secure a par or birdie.

Hole 18
Par 5
547
496
442
440
A solid drive here provides the golfer with a fairway wood second shot that has a chance to reach the green for an eagle putt. Coming away from the green with anything less than a par is a disappointment to most.
